Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run 2022 – Run at Your Own Pace to Clock Rewards

Earlier in November, Herbalife Nutrition organised the third edition of their Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run 2022, started two years ago during the thick of the Covid-19 pandemic globally.

The annual event seeks to help people in Asia Pacific to get moving, cultivating a healthy, active lifestyle. Held from 1 to 30 November, over 15,000 participants from the public, as well as Herbalife Nutrition members and employees in the Asia Pacific region, came together to race at their own pace, covering a total distance of over 1 million kilometres, the equivalent of running around the world 26 times.

What is different this year was the addition of a brand-new Run app to offer more interactivity and to make it more convenient for participants to track their own progress.

The Virtual Run 2022 featured both Individual and Team categories, and participants can choose to register for a wide range of distance options:

  • Individual: 5km, 20km, 50km and 100km
  • Team: 20km, 50km, 100km, 200km and 500km

At the end of the race, participants received a Finisher medal and an e-Certificate. To further motivate runners to clock more distance, additional attractive prizes such as Sports Armband, Sports Cap and Sports Backpack were thrown in if you clock more than 200km to 400km.

Participants also get to unlock and collect Asia Pacific Countries’ e-badges when they achieve the corresponding accumulative run distance – something that we found really fun to do:

“We initiated the Virtual Run in 2020, to help break sedentary lifestyles that became all too commonplace due to the pandemic,” shared Stephen Conchie, Regional President of Herbalife Nutrition for Asia Pacific and China.

More information about the Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run 2022 is available via the official website.
