Singapore River Signatures 2022 Returns, Honours 11 Stellar F&B Establishments for this year’s Top 10 Signatures

Celebrating the best dining establishments along the Singapore River, Singapore River Signatures 2022 (SRS 2022) unveiled a list of Top 10 Signatures awardees earlier on 11 October. The annual food festival organised by Singapore River One (SRO) seeks to bring recognition to the finest eateries along the three quays – Boat Quay, Clarke Quay and Robertson Quay.

A bit of friendly competition can definitely spice things up a little to make the F&B scene more exciting in the Singapore River area!

Eleven Joint Winners for Top 10 Signatures

SRS 2022 commenced in July with Diner’s Choice, where over 200 F&B establishments from the Singapore River precinct vied for the public’s votes to clinch a spot in the Top 30. A panel of esteemed judges evaluated the dishes based on four key components: taste, presentation, originality, and overall dining experience.

Held at Mimi Restaurant – the official awards ceremony venue, attendees honoured the ‘Top 10 Signatures’ winners who have contributed to the thriving culinary scene at the Singapore River precinct.

In a surprising twist, a tied scoring produced 11 winners for this year’s ‘Top 10 Signatures’. The winners are:

• Hanjip Korean Grill House
• Ikigai Izakaya
• JU95

• Les Bouchons Rive Gauche
• Man Man Japanese Unagi Restaurant
• Mimi Restaurant

• Publico Ristorante
