Banyan Tree Group and Intellect take a proactive approach to addressing mental wellbeing through a digital app platform available for guests who book “Wellbeing Sanctuary” at Banyan Tree Bintan. Wellbeing Sanctuary is found in designated Banyan Tree hotels and resorts, combining stays with dining, spa and activities into a single exclusive wellbeing journey.

With over three million users, Intellect focuses on mental health in relation to the cultural nuances of Asia. Its app hosts a library of evidence-based content, self-guided tools and trackers, along with a personalised 1-1 coaching feature to address everyday challenges, available in 14 languages with an extensive network in 20 countries.

Upon arrival at Banyan Tree Bintan’s Wellbeing Sanctuary, you will be offered a personal wellbeing assessment and an orientation on your wellbeing journey.

They you may then personalise your experience from a recommended two-day itinerary consisting of nature-based wellbeing activities, interactive learning workshops, online learning paths and reflection journals.

By the end of your stay, expect to have discovered new tools and knowledge to build mental resilience, and improve their overall wellbeing.
