UNO! Mobile announces Celebrity Esports Tournament featuring 16 star gamers including your favourite Youtubers!

Mattel163 announces UNO! Mobile Wildcard Series: All-Stars, a unique, high-stakes influencer competition. Spanning three weeks from 12 August until the grand finale on 26 August, the tournament will see 16 star gamers compete to win a solid gold UNO wildcard.

UNO! Mobile Wildcard Series: All-Stars will be hosted by Ludwig Ahgren, most notably known for his YouTube and Twitch presence.

In UNO! Mobile Wildcard Series: All-Stars, 16 of the biggest names across gaming and entertainment will come together on YouTube and Twitch, showcasing UNO! Mobile as a competitive game for the very first time. The tournament will feature Valkyrae, YouTube’s most watched female streamer, and CouRage, an esports icon who has hosted and cast many major esports events.

The new UNO! Mobile Wildcard Series represents a new chapter in UNO! Mobile’s evolution. Mattel163 is introducing a new style of competitive gaming with the world’s number 1 card game on mobile. The masses have enjoyed playing UNO with friends and family since childhood and soon, every family’s UNO! champion can prove their skills in the UNO! Mobile Wildcard Series.

UNO! Mobile will offer unique accessibility to the competitive gaming scene. With an easy-to-pick-up format, the UNO! Mobile Wildcard Series will showcase the huge potential UNO! Mobile has as a competitive title.

In the competition, special rules will keep even the best UNO players on their toes. 2v2 team mode puts two players on a team where they can see each other’s cards and if one player wins, they both do. The 16 star gamers will need to strategize together in order to win.

UNO! Mobile Wildcard Series: All-Stars will be livestreamed in a watch party within the UNO! Mobile app where viewers can vote for their favorite contestant between 11 August (12am PTD ) to 22 August(11:59pm PDT). The top four voted-for streamers will automatically secure their place in the final. Voting will be available exclusively in the UNO! Mobile app.

All creators participating in UNO! Mobile Wildcard Series: All-Stars will broadcast their livestream via their own channels, alongside the UNO! Mobile official YouTube channel. Qualifying rounds will be held on 12 and 19 August 12 (4:00 pm PDT), where contestants will face off in teams of two. The finals will occur on 26 August (4:00 pm PDT), where the winner will take home the one-of-a-kind, solid gold UNO wildcard.

The UNO! Mobile Wildcard Series will continue in Q4 2022 with a Community Cup, a tournament where anyone can compete.
