Italian luxury notebooks and stationery products company Moleskine launches their flagship store in Singapore. The store, which is located in the heart of Orchard Road at Paragon Shopping Centre, marks the first Moleskine store in Southeast Asia, and will also coincide with the release of several limited-edition collections in partnership with Kaweco, Pontoglio, Missoni and illustrator Lok Ng for a special 2022 Year of the Tiger edition.
Taking up a 500sqf space on the second floor of Paragon Shopping Centre, visitors entering the space will encounter a dramatic reveal into a curated collection of Moleskine products, including journals, diaries, bags, writing accessories and the digitally connected notebooks. There will also be a dedicated space where Moleskine will display special capsule collections.
In addition to a retail space, there will be an experience table that allows visitors to try the different products and use interactive customisation tools to personalise their purchases.
the Moleskine x Missoni features an exclusive collection of notebooks and planners in collaboration with Missoni, the Italian luxury fashion house founded by Ottavio “Tai” and Rosita Missoni in 1953.
The collection features four notebooks, with the iconic Missoni zig zag pattern in shades of blue, orange, white and black. The notebook is shaped with rounded corners and bound in a soft, flexible cover that protects the pages within, and comes with an elasticated band to keep your notes secured.
In collaboration with Pontoglio 1833 – one of the world’s most historical makers of luxury velvet, the Velvet Collection introduces a new set of four beautiful and tactile jewel-toned notebooks.
The collection features an unmistakable silhouette that immediately evokes a sense of richness for its elegantly glistening look and remarkably unique and soft feel. The set is composed of four ruled notebooks, with a special ‘2022’ debossed on the front cover.
In collaboration with Kaweco – the historical German pen manufacturer that has been creating and designing writing tools since 1883, the two kindred brands come together with a genuine passion for a simple yet fundamental object and a desire to revive these legendary items that circumstances had led to closure.
he pens and matching leather cases come in a choice of Green, Black, Purple or Red, each set enclosed within a vintage-style metal tin.
In collaboration with renowned illustrator Lok Ng, the limited-edition notebooks display his original graphic interpretation of the Chinese symbol for “tiger”.
