Swatow Seafood Restaurant Celebrates 11 years with 50% off Signature Dishes and All-You-Can-Eat Afternoon Tea Dim Sum Buffet from Only $25.80++

Swatow Seafood Restaurant is celebrating its 11th anniversary in Singapore by offering signature dishes at 50% off across three outlets in the month of September. In addition, it is bringing back its popular Afternoon Tea Dim Sum Buffet which features over 40 all-you-can-eat handmade Hong Kong dim sum from only $25.80 per pax.

Known for its authentic, traditional Teochew cuisine and handmade Hong Kong dim sum, the brand has a loyal following among foodies in Singapore. I am half-Teochew and the restaurant was popular with my elderly Teochew grandparents when they were around. Teochew people have picky taste buds and tend to stick to classic dishes, prepared in the same traditional ways for generations.

Signature Dishes at 50% Off Across Three Outlets

Three outlets are paying special homage to the anniversary celebrations with three signature dishes respectively, each at 50% off:

Teochew Braised Sliced Duck ($8++ per portion, U.P.$16++)
  • Swatow Seafood Restaurant (Toa Payoh) is offering its traditional Teochew Braised Sliced Duck for only S$8++ per portion (Usual price S$16++). The duck is cooked and braised in an aromatic sauce for long hours resulting in tender meat that falls off the bone and skin that is extra silky.
  • Swatow City (Bukit Batok Home TeamNS) and Swatow Gardens (Serangoon Gardens) are offering its Roasted Duck with Black Truffle (half duck) at S$8.90++ (Usual price S$17.80++). The game of the roasted duck is further enhanced with earthy premium black truffle, layered under the skin of the duck before slow roasting to imbue the meat, fat, and skin with its flavours.

Other signature dishes worth trying include their:

Teochew Kai Lan Fried Kuay Teow with Preserved Radish ($10++)
Teochew crispy Prawn Roll ($12++)
