[National Day Special] Satay Baby Back Ribs, Satay Pork Belly Skewers and more from Morganfield’s

Singapore’s 56th National Day is just around the corner and grilled meat speciality restaurant, Morganfield’s, is bringing back their Singapore-inspired Satay Baby Back Ribs along with their chunky Satay Pork Belly Skewers.

Take a bite and experience a flavour explosion as the tender ribs melt in your mouth. A special Singapore-inspired spice rub brings out the deep rich flavour of a classic satay marinade. Carefully hand-rubbed into each rack of ribs, the flavours permeate the baby back ribs as they cook the American way, low and slow till soft and tender. The ribs are then generously basted with a mix of coconut milk and lemongrass as they flame-grill to give them a smoky-sweet char.

The devil is in the details and the peanut sauce served with the satay ribs is made in-house from scratch.

Whether you pull apart your ribs to dip it into the peanut sauce or pour it all over, it is bound to satisfy your taste bud, wanting for more.

If that is not enough satay deliciousness, Morganfield’s is also bringing back their Pork Belly Satay skewers and adding Chicken Satay skewers too. Both are marinated with a blend of spices and flame-grilled till tender and smoky. Dip it into the tantalising peanut sauce and savour the perfect combination of juicy meat and mouth-watering spices.
