Health and Safety

Elevated and enhanced hygiene measures are implemented so guests can have peace of mind with every visit. The Shangri-La Cares commitment is launched in early June as part of its unrelenting efforts to create a trusted and nurturing environment for our guests. It is a new set of Global Operational Standards, which follow recommendations from the World Health Organisation, and the local government to elevate the hotel’s already rigorous hygiene and safety protocols.

Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore is also a certified SG Clean establishment. In addition, the hotel is the first in Singapore to receive the SafeGuard Hygiene Excellence and Safety Label by Bureau Veritas, a world leader with a 192-year legacy in providing testing, inspection and certification services.
