Zouk Group introduces Capital Kitchen – a unique pop-up dining concept with new innovative offline and online menu!

Zouk Group has diversified its business model and adapted to the ever-changing post-pandemic landscape to introduce fresh and unparalleled concepts to attract loyal audiences back.

These new initiatives will see the Zouk Group transform the premium ultra-lounge space into a unique pop-up dining concept, Capital Kitchen, and launch innovative online and offline product offerings to enable this tight-knit community to stay connected.

Capital Kitchen Menu

Capital Kitchen exudes a vibrant yet intimate vibe, dishing out a unique experience for guests to dine in a space fondly remembered for lively tunes and ebullient nights. Housed within the second level of the Zouk complex, the luxurious and elegant lounge has been transformed into a dining space for 100 pax, serving up an array of Asian and Western dishes and platters from the kitchen of RedTail, alongside a selection of sake, wines, spirits, bottled cocktails by Zouk.

Capital Kitchen offers a selection of Asian and Western dishes and sharing platters. Key highlights include:

  • Signature Battered Fish & Chips – crispy battered haddock with a side of mashed peas and fries,
  • Signature Royal Broth Congee – a favourite among Zouk and RedTail regulars for its comforting and savoury broth

Sharing platters take centre stage, with a curation of in-house favourites transformed to suit small group dining. The Feasting Platter, which serves four to five diners, features Ebi Chili Flatbread, Mala Chicken Skin, Chicken Wings, Truffle Fries, Squid Pong and Australian Ribeye Strips.

For those seeking lighter bites, the Ebi Chili Flatbread, Mala Chicken Skin, Chicken Wings and Truffle Fries are also available as individual orders.

As part of the Capital Kitchen experience, the concept will regularly showcase limited-edition dishes on the menu from local Singapore collaborators. To debut its first menu, Capital Kitchen has partnered with home-bakery, Paparch, which has gained widespread popularity in the last few months for its Burnt Cheesecake. A twist on the classic cheesecake, the Burnt Cheesecake boasts a burnt caramelised exterior and molten centre. The famed cheesecake will be available as an exclusive dish, in limited daily quantities alongside other dessert items including Churros and Chocolate & Caramel Tarts.

As an added bonus, Five Guys burgers will be available at Capital Kitchen as a delivery service option. This will enable customers to request for their burger order to be delivered for dine-in at the Capital Kitchen.

To complement the offerings, the menu also offers a selection of sake, wines, spirits and bottled cocktails by Zouk. Recently launched as part of Zouk’s e-commerce product line, the bottled cocktails that feature local-inspired flavours such as Milo Gao, Asam Guava and Teh Peng are now also available at Capital Kitchen.
