1. Drink 8-10 glasses of water

Water is crucial to keep you in a positive state of mind. 

Drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day helps in flushing out the toxins from your body, thus putting the happy hormones to work. 

Better hair strength, facial glow and a happy feeling all day are some of the benefits of drinking the recommended amount of water every day. 

2. Focus on your happiness

Nothing matters more than you and your happiness. That said, take out time from your busy schedule to enjoy some ME TIME.

Whether you enjoy dancing or cooking, set an appointment with yourself every day. Many people find solace in taking a small nap or meditation and yoga. Find your happy place and try to visit there as much as possible. The happier you are, the better your life will turn out to be.

Instead of focussing on what other people are enjoying, think of what you possess and can make out of it. Concentrate on shaping your life to be happier and fulfilling, and everything else will fall into place.
