BURGER KING is introducing giant social distancing crowns in select stores around Singapore, to remind its fans to keep one meter apart when dining in.
The fast-food chain has chosen to embrace the ‘new normal’ by encouraging its customers to adopt the oversized headgear as just one of a number of creative ways to keep customers socially distant in-store. Fans will be able to get their hands on these coveted crowns in-stores from 24 June 2020 (Wednesday), while stocks last.
Fans who wear their social distancing crowns at any BURGER KING restaurants from 11 AM daily between 25 June – 4 July, will be eligible for a 1-for-1 WHOPPER deal.
A do-it-yourself version will also be available for download from 22 June 2020 (Monday). Fans will be able to create their own version using recycled materials at home so that they need not rush to stores to claim their crowns.
From today, fans will be able to dine in at selected BURGER KING restaurants across the island. Entry to the Kingdom will be limited and a number of safeguarding measures will be implemented. This includes table top separators, counter shields, kiosk separators and booth dividers.
BURGER KING will also be serving up special dine-in promotions to celebrate the reopening of dine-in. Big cheese lovers will want to try the Long Cheesy Trio meal ($6.90), while chicken fans can go all in with the Crazier Chicken Deal ($11.90).
For those who decide to stay home, there are a whole host of promotions from breakfast right through to dinner as the fast-food chain has also rejuvenated its home delivery promotions islandwide across all delivery platforms.
