Marks & Spencer’s experts travelled to Italy for inspiration, working with suppliers across the country to develop the Italian collection. With authentic pasta, pizza, sauces, bread, and olives, there are so much to explore in the range.

M&S pasta sauces are made by a small family-run business in Calabria, Italy. Each sauce starts with a traditional ‘soffritto’ base, then adding the freshest Italian tomatoes and local herbs, grown in the fields outside the factory.

The pasta itself is made and air-dried in the Italian Alps by the Felicetti family, using selected Italian wheat and a traditional bronze die for a rough texture that picks up every drop of sauce.
