K11 MUSEA, located in the heart of Hong Kong’s Victoria Dockside, opens its doors to the public. With over 100 design modules created in collaboration with over 100 creative powers and a stellar roster of gastronomy and retail concepts that include 20 first-in-Asia brands, K11 MUSEA is inspired to be “A Muse by the Sea” to enrich the everyday life of the modern consumer.
K11 MUSEA is an architectural design marvel that draws on the collective expertise of over 100 international and local architects, artists and designers. The creative collective includes pioneering names from the world of design, such as Kohn Pedersen Fox, James Corner Field Operations and OMA, led by famed Dutch architect Rem Koolhaas and David Gianotten.
Key design features include Opera Theatre (K11 MUSEA’s atrium) which features The Gold Ball, the beating heart of this muse by the sea. This installation is made up of giant spherical chambers acting as a versatile space for exhibitions and events.

The fashion boutiques that intends to spark customers’ imaginations include:
Yohji Yamamoto – Japanese gardens-inspired store concept composed of a monochrome, minimalist look.
Kenzo – iconic tiger displayed at the store entrance provides a strikingly bold welcome for customers.
Roger Vivier – works of over 10 world-renowned artists are displayed throughout the store.
Bottletop – the entire store is fabricated from aluminium, recycled acrylics and repurposed everyday materials.
L’ÉCOLE, School of Jewelry Arts, with the support of High Jewelry Maison Van Cleef & Arpels, will extend its educational programming to Asia to offer accessible, hands-on engagement for anyone interested in the world of jewellery. The school, designed by famed architect Sou Fujimoto, spans over two levels and features a specialised library on jewellery arts.
Cult favourite Off-White offers pieces exclusive to K11 MUSEA, and customers can pre-order next season’s looks and receive expert styling advice from fashion discovery platform Moda Operandi’s first Asia Pacific showroom.

K11 MUSEA is set to be a cultural attraction with a prestigious line-up of arts and cultural events slated to take place. It will host the Asian debut of Festival de Cannes Film Week in Hong Kong from 12-17 November, where six films from the Festival de Cannes 2019 will be presented, along with masterclasses and workshops.
