Here are the Best Insta-worthy Spots in Dubai (or probably in the world)

Home to some of the most photographed landmarks in the world, and boasting breathtaking natural scenery offset by ultra-modern skyscrapers and architectural marvels, Dubai is teeming with incredibly unique, Insta-worthy shots to make your feed the envy of your followers.

Here are some of the best Instagram-worthy spots in Dubai you don’t want to miss.

Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood

The earthen-coloured Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood is complete with 19th-century local architecture and designs. Neatly preserved buildings with high wind towers and large courtyards are separated by winding alleys and public squares. Visit the Alserkal Cultural Foundation block and head up to the roof to snap Instagram-worthy photos of the maze of traditional houses.

Dubai Frame

The 150-meter tall Dubai Frame is strategically built in Zabeel Park, between the historical and modern sides of the city. From the observation deck, see both the old and new sides of Dubai; on the modern side, one can marvel at the sight of the city skyline, including views of the Burj Khalifa.

La Mer

The recently opened La Mer comprises four distinct zones – a beach, leisure and entertainment hub, a selection of tantalising cafes and restaurants, and a waterpark, called Laguna Waterpark. Explore wide-open spaces or the bustling back streets complete with eclectic street art for unique clicks.

Sunset Beach

For the classic photo of the iconic Burj Al Arab hotel against the golden Arabian sun, take an afternoon seaplane tour from Atlantis, The Palm to capture this stunning view from above.

Madinat Jumeirah

Perched by the Arabian Gulf, Madinat Jumeirah offers a prime location to take close-up pictures of the Burj Al Arab hotel, framed by historical architecture, the azure sky and turquoise waters. For a magnificent sunset shot of the iconic seven-star hotel, head to any of the terraces of the restaurants at Madinat Jumeirah during the golden hour.

The Beach By JBR

Families with young children and adventure-loving social media enthusiasts can opt to visit The Beach By Jumeirah Beach Residences and engage in a mix of exhilarating and fun activities, including camel rides, beach volleyball, beach tennis, yoga, rugby, kayaking, ziplining, skydiving, flyboarding, and jetskiing.

Alserkal Avenue

The 500,000sq ft art district has a raw, industrial feel and is home to a collection of over 25 international and emerging art galleries, hip cafes, design stores and artisanal spaces. Venture inside the warehouses and discover a myriad of colours and wonders, along with opportunities to engage in artsy activities – including art jamming, catching an independent movie screening and lounging in cool cafés.

The venue is open from Sundays to Thursdays, 10 AM – 7 PM.

Burj Khalifa

It’s impossible to list Instagram-worthy spots in Dubai without mentioning the skyscraper that defines the iconic skyline of the city, and its surrounding area. The Burj Khalifa is one of the most Instagrammed buildings in the world.

Last Exit

Las Exit can be found in various key locations, including those conveniently situated on Sheikh Zayed Road between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Each location has its own unique theme, complete with food trucks featuring playful colours and funky designs that make great social media posts.

Hatta

Set against the stunning backdrop of the Hajar Mountains, Hatta is one of Dubai’s most breath-taking natural attractions, making it a photogenic place. The town’s spectacular scenery offers visitors a memorable escape from the bustling city, welcoming guests to explore the mountains, wadis, farms and historic buildings, along with a range of diverse leisure experiences.

Dubai truly is an outstanding Instagrammable destination. With a variety of spots and attractions that will make one’s social media feed the envy of their followers, the city is picture-perfect.
