Heritage Fiesta at Food Capital, Grand Copthorne Waterfront Singapore

In a special lead-up to Singapore’s National Day in August, Food Capital at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Singapore is offering a Heritage Fiesta buffet to celebrate the country’s multicultural heritage with a kaleidoscope of local cuisine.

Highlights include Singaporean favourites like Bak Kut Teh, Ngoh Hiang Fritters Platter, Laksa, Hainanese Chicken Rice, Cantonese Roast Meats, Satays, Chili Crab, Braised Pork Trotter, Salted Egg Prawns, among many others.

On top of the local delicacies, the buffet also include the usual selection of international fares from fresh seafood to sashimi to a wide selection of cooked food items and desserts:

The Heritage Fiesta limited time buffet is available from 21 June to 21 July with prices starting from S$64++ for weekdays (Mon to Fri) lunch buffet to S$84++ for weekends (Fri to Sun) dinner buffet. Child pricing is available for kids aged 6 to 11  years old at 50% off the adult prices.
