More Than Just Baking Supplies, Phoon Huat Now Offers Premium Wagyu and Caviar

Mention Phoon Huat and you’ll probably be thinking of baking products and desserts supplies. Well, you might just associate this household name with something else in future. Phoon Huat has recently rebranded their in-house delicatessen to Phoon Huat Deli.

Opened in 2015 and previously known as PH Delicatessen, Phoon Huat Deli is a speciality store offering a range of premium cuts and meats, including sashimi, seafood, cheese and smoked produce from all over the world. You can even find highly prized Bluefin tuna from Japan and farmed salmon from Norway and shellfish such as langoustines, oysters and carabineros from various parts of Europe. All items are sustainably sourced with meats freshly flown in from USA, Japan, Spain and Australia, including the highly prized A5-grade Miyazaki wagyu from Miyazaki Prefecture of Japan, Mishima Reserve beef from USA, and Iberico pork from Spain.

The old PH Delicatessen located at Clementi was almost a well-kept secret, known only to customers who frequent the store for its competitively priced premium meat cuts and seafood. Now with its new location at Star Vista, more have come to know about Phoon Huat Deli.

Apart from raw meat and seafood, you can actually buy ready-to-eat meals at Phoon Huat Deli, which features items such as sashimi and donburis. Prices for sushi and sashimi items start at S$2.88 while donburis are priced from S$9.88 onwards.

On the shelves of Phoon Huat Deli includes Benfumat, an innovative smoked food manufacturer of the finest quality and Royal Belgium Caviar.
