Celebrate Mother’s day with a ‘Super Lunch for Super Mums” at PARKROYAL

The buffet sees delights across local and international selections from cold cuts and gourmet cheeses to à la minute pasta and a marvellous meat parade, also featuring Asian favourites Peking Duck and Crispy Suckling Pig. If your mum’s more hooked on seafood, head over to the seafood showcase featuring Fine de Claire Oysters, King Crab and Maine Lobsters, sitting alongside the plethora of sushi and sashimi choices.

Catch the chefs in action over at the live stations as they prepare a spread of 65 Degree Sous-vide Egg served with Lobster, Celeriac Mousseline and Truffle Butter; Pan-fried Foie Gras served with Golden Man Tou and a brand new Raclette Live Station where the entire family can indulge in sinfully molten cheese scraped fresh on top an array of condiments.

Fret not if your mum’s a fan of local cuisine, Lime’s elegant interpretation of Lobster Hokkien Noodles will definitely impress.

Desserts are worth the calories with Lime’s signature free-flowing Matcha White Chocolate Fondue Fountain and Strawberry Shortcake, a fluffy sponge cake alternated with luscious whipped cream and juicy strawberries. Satisfy mum’s sweet tooth with the all-time favourite Mini Magnum Sticks.

Don’t forget to call on our butler to drop by your table and serve up his speciality French Crepe Suzette prepared à la minute right in front of you.
