It’s almost the end of 2018 and here’s one way to end the year on a high – sky dining atop Mount Faber, the highest peak in Singapore, in a cable car.
Specially launched for the year end festive period, couples looking to reconnect over a gourmet meal will delight in the 4-Course Festive Set Menu ($298++, available through Dec 2017) that is available at Faber Peak.
For those who want to mark the start of the New Year together on a high, couples could also pledge their love and commitment to each other over a delectable 4-Course New Year’s Eve Special Menu ($328++, 31 Dec only) while enjoying the spectacular New Year fireworks if you board at the right timing.
The cable car dining experience is not just limited to couples only. For groups, there is also the Celebration Cabins ($498++, 31 Dec only, up to six pax), for friends and family to catch up together while enjoying the scenic view in a cabin car ride across Mount Faber, Vivocity and Sentosa Island.
The prices are all-inclusive, comprising of the cable car access as well as the dining experience and wine.
What’s on the menu?
The service is prompt and excellent, with the staff seamlessly and quickly serving the dishes while clearing the table whenever the cable car reaches a station. The food is decent and you will be mostly absorbed with the panoramic view of Singapore while enjoying the companionship of whoever is intimately ‘trapped’ together with you in your private cable car cabin.
The awesome view
