PALM360 – The Tallest Building in Palm Jumeirah with the World’s Largest Sky Pool

Raffles The Palm Dubai Hotel and the iconic Raffles Residences PALM360 will soon rise to the highest skyline of Palm Jumeirah.

Nakheel Chairman Ali Rashid Lootah and Sébastien Bazin, Chairman and CEO of AccorHotels signed an agreement for a two-tower development and expansion of the globally-renowned luxury hotel Raffles Hotels and Resorts at Palm Jumeirah set to open in 2021.

Tallest Building on Palm Jumeirah

PALM360 will be the tallest structure on Palm Jumeirah. The tower will rise to 260 meters high offering a perfect luxury view of Palm Jumeirah, Arabian Gulf Coastline and Dubai Skyline.

Its location will be at 11km crescent Boardwalk making to accessible to upcoming attractions such as The Palm Promenade, The Pointe and Nakheel Mall, as well as Dubai’s key business and leisure hubs.

PALM360: A Gateway to Luxurious Living and Leisure

A 155-meter-long sky pool will be built 170 meters above the ground and will also be the world’s largest sky pool. With 125 hotel rooms and 359 branded residences, 16 branded penthouses will also be available for purchase equipped with its own private infinity pool, gym, and cinema. Additional facilities such as concierge, private transportation, in-residence dining will also be enjoyed by residence owners.

The two-tower development will also feature two high-end rooftop restaurants that offer lavish cuisine and a spectacular view of the beach side.

Bazin also announces the reopening of Raffles Singapore next summer during their 130th anniversary.

Raffles The Palm Dubai and Raffles Residences PALM360 join 11 Raffles Hotels & Resorts around the world, including Raffles Dubai.
