Circles.Life offers self-collection of SIM cards at five post offices–for those who can’t wait or have no one to receive at home

If only our pets could receive SIM cards in the mail. At least now there’s a better option!

Circle.Life’s SIM card Self Collection was launched in September 2017 through Singapore Post Limited (SingPost).

This option was launched alongside same day and weekend deliveries as well as shorter 2-hour delivery slots, giving oncoming customers even greater delivery flexibility.

A customer can order a Circles.Life SIM card and get it delivered directly to their door that same day within a few hours.

New customers can select the Self Collection option at plan checkout on the Circles.Life e-commerce website. For the initial pilot phase, we have launched the Self Collection service at five post offices located throughout Singapore:

  1. General Post Office @ SingPost Centre (Central)
  2. Jurong East Post Office (West)
  3. Sengkang Central Post Office (North-East)
  4. Shenton Way Post Office (CBD)
  5. Toa Payoh Central Post Office (Central)

Customers will have five business days to collect their SIM card from their chosen post office and present their NRIC/ID documents for validation and Self-Collection. The service provider will be adding many more locations by the end of the year, leveraging the 57 post offices nationwide.

Are you going to try this service with your new iPhone 8, iPhone 8+ or iPhone X?
