Mandarin Oriental, Singapore has partnered with the artisans of luxury skincare, Aromatherapy Associates, London, to create a bespoke spa-inspired afternoon tea at Axis Bar and Lounge.

Having over 30 years of experience and heritage in essential oils, Aromatherapy Associates is highly lauded for its award-winning luxury body and skincare products that allow your natural radiance and beauty to shine through. Till today, blends are still created in its laboratory in London, in order to treat specific issues.

Unwind and freshen up with this spa-inspired afternoon tea

In this limited-edition afternoon tea, you will be able to savour handcrafted delicacies, featuring distinctive ingredients from the Aromatherapy Associates De-Stress collection.

Pure plant elements such as lavender and wild camomile, known for their calming properties, are deftly incorporated into the menu by the team of award-winning pastry chefs.

Coconut, as we all know is an enriching emollient for the skin and packed with fibre-rich content. This superfood takes on a delicious twist as it is paired with snow crab and melon.

Further highlights you need to try include poached shrimps with exotic lavender vinaigrette and blackberry lavender tart.

What’s more, you will be able to enjoy the five-course spa-inspired afternoon tea on a complimentary basis, when you book the De-Stress treatment at The Spa.

This two-hour treatment begins with a welcome foot ritual using natural Aromatherapy Associates exfoliating grains and a fragrant rosemary body wash.

This is followed by a relaxing head-to-toe massage with a warm muscle gel and body oil.

The bespoke spa-inspired afternoon tea is available for a limited period

Available from 2 to 29 October, the spa-inspired afternoon tea experience at Axis Bar and Lounge is priced at SGD 42 per person and SGD 80 for two persons.

This is available daily from 3pm to 5pm, with an additional seating from 12:30pm to 2:30pm on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Alternatively, opt for the De-Stress treatment promotion priced at SGD 380 inclusive of the complimentary spa-inspired afternoon tea experience for one person.
