KARA Cafe & Dessert Bar is an independent cafe that has all day dining and a large variety of sweet to savoury, hot to cold, and even healthy eats.
Aesthetically pleasing to the eyes, this spot located in Bukit Timah is worthy of your Instagram feed.
The Cold Tofu Salad ($10.50) was my favourite as it is soft and topped with a Japanese-like sesame dressing. The tofu was silky smooth and the sauce was not overpowering unlike store bought sesame dressing. It also contains quinoa which gives an extra texture.
The KARA Super Salad ($16) is full of superfood including pumpkin, quinoa, berries, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, and their homemade dressing.
The Thai Tofu Salad ($14) is a slightly spicy salad with kale, cabbage, carrots, cherry tomatoes. It is topped with tofu and the peanut dressing which gives the heat to the tastebuds.
The Chicken & Avo Salad ($15) is a combination of chicken and avocado, topped with parmesan a delicious soft egg.
The Sesame Soba Bowl ($14) is a unique soba salad that contains veggies, eggs, and avocado.
The Coco Cashew Pomelo ($13) is a refreshing mix of coconut curry, pomelo, tofu, cashew nuts, mint, cucumber, shallots, soft egg, and kale chips.
