Already in its 7th year, the Singapore Blog Awards (organized by SPH and OMY.sg) provides recognition for the best in the blogosphere every year. This year’s awards ceremony at the *SCAPE Ground Theatre was graced by Minister of State, Ms Sim Ann.

Prior to the awards ceremony, the winners for 3 voters’ categories were announced on the SBA website.

Favorite Twitter Influencer: Spin or Bin Music
Favorite YouTube Channel: NinjaGirls
Favorite Celebrity Instagram Account: Aaron Yan

Ms Sim Ann wowed the crowd with her speech delivered in fluent English and Mandarin. She also bothered to read up on the finalists’ blogs and could name her favorites during her speech.

As for the Main Category / Judges’ Choice winners, they each received a trophy, 5D4N trip to the Philippines, a pair of tickets to Alive Museum Singapore and hair care products.
