Tim Ho Wan (添好運) Enters the East and West Regions of Singapore

2013 has been a very stellar year for Tim Ho Wan (添好運). Earning a feather in its cap, Tim Ho Wan Hong Kong has retained its Michelin star for the fourth year running.

Thanks to the fervent support of local foodies, Tim Ho Wan Singapore has also managed to launch four restaurants in just nine months. The newly minted restaurants at Bedok Mall and Westgate join the existing branches in Tim Ho Wan’s enduring mission to dole out plate after plate of tasty and high quality dim sum.

Now, those living in the west and east ends of Singapore can conveniently enjoy Tim Ho Wan’s superb dim sum near their residential!

To read my review on Tim Ho Wan, read my previous blog post on the opening of their second outlet in Toa Payoh.

Other than their crowd favourites like the Baked Bun with BBQ Pork, Pan Fried Carrot Cake and Steamed Egg Cake, Tim Ho Wan has continually introduced new creations that cater to Singaporeans’ palates. These include the Jade Wanton in Laksa Soup and Yam Dumpling with Sweet Chili Crab Meat.

I have yet to try these two dishes, but their names sound so interesting that I am definitely going to sample them!

To keep surprising its guests, Tim Ho Wan will introduce new and irresistible dishes throughout the year. Starting from January 2014, different monthly specials will be available at the different outlets. These dishes are on rotation and patrons can try them at their preferred Tim Ho Wan outlet during different months.

Here’s a preview of what you can look forward to:
