Singapore has won the bid for the Youth Olympics, of which the results were released on 21/2/08, 11.00AM GMT.

But of cos.... it is only to be expected, you only need to take a look at the other alternative host country...
atrocious human rights records, history of abuse of extra judiciary powers, authoritative leader who crushes the competition with an iron fist, over reliance on internal secret police force to control the population... ...
