Public Defecating – Is this Singapore?

Somebody shot this video of an old lady shitting at Woodlands MRT Station in full public view. I would think she’s probably not of sound mind. It’s very tragic to watch something like this happen in utopia Singapore.

I hope somebody stepped forward and help her and not all were just onlookers.
