Budget carrier, Tiger Airways is now eight years old and has a new home!

The carrier celebrated its eighth birthday with a “Den Party” on Tuesday morning, next to its brand new check-in counter at row 12, Changi Airport Terminal 2.

With the closure of the Budget Terminal to make way for Terminal 4, Tiger Airways did an overnight shift through Monday night and the early hours of Tuesday morning.

The party saw performance by an energised group of Tiger Airways cheerleaders, staff and mascots in Tiger costumes and face paints.

Good news for all avid travelers in Singapore – to celebrate this special occasion, Tiger Airways will be running a #SpotTheTiger contest, giving away return air tickets to Denpasar (Bali), Phnom Penh or Colombo! 

12 PAIRS OF TICKETS are up for grab! The tiger mascots will be roaming the streets of Singapore from 25 to 27 September – quickly snap a picture with them if you spot the tigers. Submit your photos to Tiger Airways via facebook, email or twitter to stand a chance to win the tickets.
